Appointment Of Joint Company Secretary
The Board of Directors of Intraco Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the appointment of Mr. Oo Cheong Kwan Kelvyn as Joint Secretary of the Company with effect from 2 August 2011.
Subsequent to the above appointment, Mr. Wee Jee Kin and Mr. Oo Cheong Kwan Kelvyn are Joint Secretaries of the Company.
