The Board of Directors of INTRACO Limited ("the Company") is pleased to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 24 July 2009, the resolution relating to the Proposed Acquisition of 29.9% of the total issued shares in Dynamic Colours Limited as set out in the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting was duly passed.
