Rule 704(14) - Annual General Meeting
Pursuant to Rule 704(14) of the SGX Listing Manual, the Company wishes to inform that at the Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company held earlier today, all the items of routine and special business as set out in the Notice of AGM dated 7 April 2008 were put to the Meeting and duly passed.
