Appointment Of Joint Company Secretary
The Board of Directors of Intraco Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the appointment of Mr Go Kim Guan Mark ("Mr. Go") as Joint Secretary of the Company with effect from 17 February 2012.
Subsequent to the above appointment, Mr. Go and Mr. Oo Cheong Kwan Kelvyn are Joint Secretaries of the Company.
