Resignation Of Joint Company Secretary
The Board of Directors of Intraco Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the resignation of Mr. Wee Jee Kin as a Joint Company Secretary with effect from 3rd February 2012.
The Board thanks Mr. Wee for his contributions during his term as the Company Secretary and wishes him success in his future endeavours.
Mr. Kelvyn Oo will continue to attend to the secretarial functions of the Company.
