Resignation Of Joint Company Secretary
The Board of directors of INTRACO Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the resignation of Mr Chew Kok Liang as Joint Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 19 May 2011.
The Board of Directors would like to express its appreciation to Mr Chew Kok Liang for his past services to the Company.
Following the resignation, Mr Wee Jee Kin shall be the sole Company Secretary of the Company.
