Appointment Of Joint Company Secretary
The Board of directors of Intraco Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the appointment of Miss Annie Wong Sook Cheng as Joint Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 3 October 2008.
Subsequent to the above appointment, Mr. Chew Kok Liang and Miss Annie Wong Sook Cheng are Joint Company Secretaries of the Company.
